Our monthly rates, listed in CHF, cover all essential services, including childcare, food, drinks, diapers, and art supplies. To secure a spot, a one-month deposit is required upon signing the childcare contract, refundable upon orderly termination.
These monthly fees cover sick days, public holidays, annual closing time, and family vacation days – they are all considered paid days. Additional days in the daycare will be added to the monthly bill at the daily rate.
It’s important to know that fees are based on booked days, not actual attendance. Payment is due one month in advance, and the payment period will be specified on the bill. If the bill isn’t paid on time, a reminder will be sent. The first two days of acclimatization at our nursery are free of charge and will be deducted from the first monthly invoice.
To end the contract, we require a written notice with a 2-month cancellation period, effective at the end of the month. This also applies to any changes or reductions in the booked days. Contracts cannot be terminated in the middle of a month. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these guidelines for a smooth childcare experience.
